Written by Today is the first day of Lent, the day to recognize our denials to Christ, God our Father and the Holy Ghost.
The symbol of ashes is to represent that we have failed to be an obedient servant and to spend the next 47 days working to get on the right path.
Please remember Christ’s suffering and sacrifice was for us to be united with Him forever and ever.
